You always need to do the exercises in a definite squeeze-hold-release pattern. This pattern in one set, can take five seconds to complete. However, if you are at an advanced stage where you need a tougher pattern, you can try and hold for over 10 seconds and then release.

While there are many machines in the market that allow you some support to do these exercises, it is not necessary that you purchase them. It is quite easy to do Kegel exercises for men without taking any outside help, and betterment targets can be achieved easily. You must first try and do the exercises yourself. If you are finding it hard initially, try to do it for seven days and then you must see some change in you. While the results may not be as promising as you would like, it would take time for you to get there. Giving up and taking resort to a machine is easy, but when it’s possible to achieve all the benefits without spending any extra money, what’s wrong in giving it a try?
