Anxiety Disorder Panic Attacks Physically Reducing Paranoia

Aside from the thoughts triggering fear, there are certain physical habits and intakes that may affect the ‘anxiety instinct’ or level of worry of a person. There are types of people who are innately relaxed and know how to handle their emotions; they may feel panic attacks of an anxiety attack in one or two minutes but not as immensely as those who experience five to ten minutes of anxiety disorder panic attacks or worse, hours of worrying.

In a world filled with stress, usually in the workplace, both employees and bosses experience their own stress periods. Many industries today have already taken advantage of the exciting technology, and instead of manual labor, they use computers to make work easier. Sadly, workers nowadays have little time to exercise their physical muscles and they overwork their minds. Blood flow is not as smooth as it should be, and the overburdened mind could be affected too much by the work it handles. Standing up from your desk in the office from time to time and exercising not only your arm and leg muscles but your facial muscles as well can lessen tendencies of worrying too much.

Another possible cause is too much intake of caffeine which can be found in coffee or chocolate. As much as it positively triggers the brain to produce bright ideas, the downside is that, the brain might also be prompted to think of deadlines and what else must be done within the day or the following days. These are just some of the physical things which can lead to anxiety disorder panic attacks.
